Apartment Maestrale sleeps two
The apartment comprises one bed room, a living room with sofa bed and a lovely kitchen corner, a bath room with shower, bidet, washbasin and wc. The bedroom is spacious with a large double bed and decorated in traditional Sicilian style. The high ceilings and white-washed walls give you a feeling of typical Italian villa mixed with a family country home. All the rooms are beautifully decorated with antique furniture and paintings. Maestrale is the central apartment and was once the main entrance to the house. There is a welcoming feel to this apartment and although it remains the smallest of the three ground floor apartments it is by no means small and has a lovely family atmosphere. The apartment sleeps 2 but can comfortably sleep 4 (as there is a queen sized sofa-bed). It has its own separate entrance.
The kitchen corner has a lovely breakfast bar, which makes it a great place to prepare and eat with all the family. The apartment is fully equipped for comfortable self catering.

Terms & Conditions
August only: One week is the minimum booking period but you may start your stay on any day and do not have to book multiples of a week. Whatever fits with your schedule is welcome. There is no minimun stay for the rest of the year. For one night stay Easter and Christmas, high season rates apply.
One night rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required.
